Review: Heiman Coffee Roaster

If there is any question of why you should come here it is answered by the fashion shoot I walked into as I came in the door.

The Heiman coffee roaster has been open for 3 years. The coffee is roasted nearby in Hapjeong and then sold to different cafes.

Talking with the owner I could feel his enthusiasm for his coffee and his cafe, although his english wasn’t ¬†great. This attitude carries over to the cafe so the whole place has a warm friendly vibe to it.

The design is great with big windows which brighten the place and give it a open cool feeling in the day. Great to escape the Korean summer.

The coffee is good too with a wide selection of styles. I had an expresso which was great. And a Russian winter, cream and coffee, can’t go wrong with that. :)

Prices are average, will cost you 3.500 – 5000 won for a coffee or 6000+ for something more exotic.

The place is a little hard to find and is all the better for it.

Defiantly check it out.
